Terms and Conditions for "Break Our AI to Win $50" Challenge

Welcome to the "Break Our AI to Win $50" challenge (the "Challenge") hosted by The Mobile Home Guys ("Organizer") at the Manufactured Housing Expo ("Expo"). By participating in the Challenge, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Challenge is open to all Expo attendees who are 18 years of age or older.

1.2. Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally involved with the development of the AI being demonstrated are not eligible to participate.

2. Challenge Objective

2.1. The Challenge requires participants to interact with the AI sales agent demo ("AI") provided by the Organizer.

2.2. To "break" the AI, a participant must demonstrate that the AI has deviated from its intended functionality during the interaction.

2.3. "Breaking" is defined as causing the AI to:

-Produce responses that are nonsensical, factually incorrect, or irrelevant to the conversation's intended context.

-Malfunction, crash, or cease to function correctly.

-Fail to respond in a manner consistent with its programmed purpose of simulating a sales conversation.

3. Submission and Verification

3.1. To claim a "break," participants must:

-Notify an Organizer representative immediately.

-Clearly explain and demonstrate how the AI deviated from its intended function.

-Allow the Organizer to verify the deviation.

3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the AI was indeed "broken" according to the criteria outlined in Section 2.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize for successfully breaking the AI is a $50 Amazon Gift Card.

4.2. Prizes are limited to one per individual participant.

4.3. In the event of multiple successful "breaks" by different participants, prizes will be awarded on a first-come, first-verified basis, subject to availability.

4.4. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded in the form specified by the Organizer (e.g., cash, check, or electronic transfer).

5. Participant Conduct

5.1. Participants agree to engage with the AI in good faith and in the spirit of the Challenge.

5.2. The use of harmful or malicious tools, techniques, or software to exploit the AI is strictly prohibited.

5.3. Any participant found to be acting in bad faith or attempting to disrupt the Challenge unfairly may be disqualified at the Organizer’s discretion.

6. Organizer Rights

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice.

6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, including hardware or software malfunctions, that may arise during the Challenge.

6.3. The Organizer’s decisions regarding any aspect of the Challenge, including prize awards and determinations of "breaks," are final and binding.

7. Privacy

7.1. By participating in the Challenge, you consent to the collection and use of any data, including interaction logs with the AI, for the purpose of evaluating and improving the AI’s functionality.

7.2. The Organizer will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Liability

8.1. The Organizer is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Challenge.

8.2. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims or liabilities related to the Challenge.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of KY, USA.

9.2. Any disputes arising from the Challenge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of KY, USA.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1. By participating in the Challenge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
